137. Exhibits shall be kept in the record beyond the one-year time limit in accordance with the directives of the chief judge issued under article 331.9 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25). When a party wishes to retrieve an exhibit he has filed, the clerk shall remit it to him and keep a certified copy thereof in the record.
